About me:
Growing up in the in Southern California sun creativity was in the air that I breathed. My mom hosted many block parties, decorated our vintage golf cart for parades and was always painting birthday banners for friends. She, owning a consignment store where my sisters and I watched her bring new life to what were once tired antiques, taught us the entrepreneurial spirit. It is undeniably in my blood. As far as I can remember, I've always gravitated toward a whimsical, mixed up, take on the classics.
My love of fashion and fabrics has always been a constant source of inspiration. Through design school and into the Los Angeles world of apparel, the motivation to create was feuled by the union of my experiences. As it happens, one door led to another and fashion fused into interiors as my passion for both met while helping fellow designers with their homes and store design.
Influenced constantly by my growing collections and interests, everything from an interesting letter-press to the cotton napkins at the new corner bakery, to my daughter's watercolor and glitter glue creations, I am constantly refreshing and reworking my personal living space. Nothing feels better than someone sharing my sensibility and being able to help transform their home.
